My past work experiences have given me some foundational knowledge to Business Process Improvement, Business Analyst and Change Management skills and have helped me hone an analytical mindset.
I've also had the pleasure of working with many talented and passionate people, striving for a shared goal in creating the best experience for our customers. These wonderful individuals and experiences have all contributed in the continuous growth of my Human Centred Design and Design Thinking mindset to tackle problems and create meaningful experiences that makes everyday life simple.
I strive to follow the "Fail Fast, Fail Forward" approach which have enabled me to be resilient, adaptable and always up for a challenge.
When I'm not designing, you'll find me daydreaming about my next travel destination and thinking about all the local food I can try.
